In addition to being a University of Western Ontario graduate, Wayne's corporate background in Packaged Goods includes 20 years of Sales, Marketing, Advertising and General Management roles with such companies as Molsons, Procter & Gamble, McDonalds, Westons, Hershey and Shell. He has also been involved in both Media and Hi-Tech firms, including VP of a satellite broadcast group and General Manager of a syndicated radio broadcast company. His success in the executive search industry is attributed to his extensive industry knowledge and his professional approach.
