Our History
Derhak Ireland & Partners Executive Search was founded in 1989 as a small group of executives
focused primarily on the marketing and pharmaceutical industries. Over our 20 year history we
have grown to a medium size boutique firm with partners and senior consultants placing
management to C-level candidates in several practice areas.
In 2008 Derhak Ireland & Partners opened a new separate division called the Derhak Technology
Group. This group was formed with its own practices and processes best suited for the needs
of the IT sector and based on the same high ethical and professional standards as Derhak Ireland
& Partners. Its mandate is to serve recruitment needs of IT companies and departments up to
the Executive level primarily in Canada as well as US and Mexico.
